The adventure begins and ends in Merida - Yucatan. From there, we´ll head straight into the Mayan jungle where you'll experience 3 full days of explorations and fun in specifically selected cenotes.Moreover, you'll have the opportunity to train and learn from three amazing instructors led by Carlos Coste, each of whom brings their own style and specialty.This experience is made to accommodate all levels of certified freedivers, from beginners to professionals. A Day in the Cenotes Exploration

We’ll be up bright and early for yoga/pranayama - equalization dry practices followed by a light breakfast and then head out for training/exploration in the beautiful cenotes.After a few hours in the water, we will have lunch before hitting the jungle roads to visit picturesque villages and nearby Mayan ruins. We'll return to the hacienda in the evening to enjoy dinner, relax and prepare for the next day.

About the Cenotes

This 4 days adventure starts with freediving & exploration in the world renowned cenotes, known for being some of the world's longest underground cave systems, sacred to the Mayan culture.Diving in the cenotes is a truly phenomenal experience. Holes in the ceiling allow light to filter through into the turquoise water creating a heavenly illusion. As we enjoy these beautiful places, we must keep in mind that it's important to protect them by making as little impact as possible.

  • Professional coaching and supervision by Carlos Coste, Petra Oberucova and Pedro Castillo: only for 6 students

  • Daily yoga/pranayama, equalization clinics/sessions

  • Four nights accommodation in a beatifull family own hacienda in the Yucatan jungle

  • Private transportation for the duration of the trip. Airport transfer from Merida (MID) airport included.
